Over the next 10-years he went on to master any instrument he turned his hand to. But this wasn’t enough for Brandon. What’s the good of having your own songs if you can’t record them and play them at parties? Mastering the recording process was the next stage and getting an 8-track portable recording machine for Christmas opened this door for him. To date, he’s amassed more than 200 of his own songs, all written, produced and performed by Brandon.
On moving to London in 2016 he announced himself as a solo artist with a debut performance on BBC Introducing on Radio Solent. This was the same time as he became more influenced by American R&B and Hip Hop.
BBC named him ‘One to Watch’ in 2017 following the release of his second single HEROIN CHIC. 2019 saw the release of his third single GIRLPLAY which featured on BBC Radio 1 with the announcement of being BBC Introducing’s ‘Artist of the Week’ in September. Additionally, he was interviewed by BBC Radio's Bobby Friction and performed live on his show. February 2020 saw Brandon's fourth offering DELETE MY NUMBER excite listeners around the world.
